How could meditation change my life?

Someone has been pushing me to join a meditation group claiming that it will somehow change my life, does any of you have idea on how it could change a life? Have you done some meditation benefits research? Or, have you experienced some of the benefits claimed by meditation attendees first-hand?

Mediation is a good thing and it takes you to the world of peace and calm http://www.loveknotengageme... If you fed up with all tensions and worries, you can have this meditation for a small period of time in order to make you feel happy and relief from all. It is good to see the post

Life can be really stressful at times and during these times it is important for us to maintain our composure. It might work issues, personal issues or relationship issues.
